Cj O'Brien is from Windermere, Florida. She has graduated with a BS in Biology at California Lutheran University where she will graduate in 2019. Her undergraduate reserach experience includes conducting research focusing on anthropogenic impacts on marine species such as sharks, queen conch, coral, and mussels. Her expertise and passion lies in studying/creating sustainable solutions for plastic pollution. For graduate school, she will be earning her Master's in Development Practice at Emory University. She plans to learn sustainable development strategies in the face of global climate change, pollution, and poverty.

Charnpreet Kaur
Charnpreet Kaur graduated from Cal Lutheran with a B.S. in Biological Sciences along with two minors: Business Administration and Chemistry. She conducted research on anticipatory gene expression in Mytilus galloprovincialis. She will be taking a gap year before medical school.
